These terms and conditions may change from time to time.
An outdated example agreement between the artist and the commissioner is shown below.
There is a non-refundable deposit of £100. When the portrait is complete, I will email you an image and if you are satisfied you then pay the balance and I will post the portrait to you. Postage and packing is an extra cost to be agreed at the start. If you live near Chipping Sodbury I can deliver it.
The painting will be in oil on canvas or panel (as agreed earlier), unvarnished and unframed.
The copyright remains with me, the artist, but I am happy if you wish to make copies for personal, non-commercial use.
I will not release or share your original photographs or your personal details without your express permission.
I am currently not registered for VAT.
